Dermaplaning Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses a medical grade implement, similar to a blade, to skim dead skin cells from your face. Dermaplaning is used to perform physical exfoliation by removing the top layers of dead skin. Another perk of Dermaplaning is that it removes the “peach fuzz” from your face, leaving you with a smooth surface; however it is not recommended to be used strictly for hair removal.
